Literal is a hand-held imaging system developed to help agricultural researchers collect valuable phenotypic information about their crops to boost plant research.

The system is designed to make imaging solutions for phenotyping more accessible to agricultural researchers worldwide. The system relies on a stick/pole design, gives access to counting and classification + many other traits in the future. It’s controlled in real-time via an intuitive interface on a tablet and gives access to precise and repeatable assessments for researchers working in all types of environments with small plot trials, nurseries, research greenhouses and even orchards.
