Finley is senior fertiliser business development manager for Frontier Agriculture, working within the business’ crop nutrition team.

Adopting a hybrid role, Finley supports the commercial fertiliser business to source and price innovative solid, liquid and foliar products, while simultaneously working with the technical team to deliver crop nutrition trials and aid the development of new and novel products entering the market. He also supports farms across southern England with their fertiliser buying decisions.

Finley also helps to facilitate the collation and interpretation of crop nutrition analyses, helping advisors and growers to make the most of their data to optimise production, shape future purchasing strategies and determine appropriate application programmes.
