Jack Hannam
Jack leads the Soil Informatics and Land Information System (LandIS) teams at Cranfield University. She is current President of the British Society of Soil Science.
Her research in the areas of soil data, soil health, land use decisions, regenerative agriculture and soil policy has impact across academia, UK Government and business. She is interested in how different forms of soil data applied in novel analysis frameworks can be used to inform local sustainable soil management and track national monitoring schemes. She works in transdisciplinary teams and is currently active in the interplay between soil policy development and implementation, and soil knowledge and information systems.
