Marcelo Precoppe
Dr Marcelo Precoppe is a Reader in Agricultural Engineering at Harper Adams University, where he leads the Collaborative Simulation Lab. With expertise in multiphysics simulation and participatory design, Marcelo focuses on developing innovative agricultural technologies through industry collaboration. His work integrates advanced simulation techniques, such as co-simulation and GPU-accelerated solvers, to enable virtual testing in complex environments, accelerating technology development while engaging end-users to ensure practical, user-friendly solutions. Marcelo’s research has improved agricultural processes globally, with projects spanning Africa, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
