In 2012 he became the Chief Agronomist for Yara BU North and East Europe which has given him experience with other crops, including Soybean, and precision farming developments in agricultural environments from Russia, Ukraine, The Baltics, Finland and the Nordic region. Over his time in Yara, he has significantly impacted the direction of the company through continuously developing agronomic knowledge in a direct relationship with the farmer. In September 2015 he returned to Yara UK as the Marketing and Agronomy Manager. As a member of the Yara UK and Ireland leadership team, Mark had the ownership of several strategic initiatives of the company specifically focusing on its transition towards Nature Positive Food Production. In September 2023 Mark became the Sustainability and Business Solutions Manager for Yara UK & Ireland.
