Growing up in South Devon on his family sheep farm, Tom gained a broad range of experience working in both arable and livestock sectors whilst working maintaining his family farm. His passion in agriculture grew leading him to attend the Royal Agricultural University to study Agricultural Management. He was then awarded a scholarship to attend Sheffield University to study an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture. Since graduating, he joined ADAS as an Agri Business Consultant before moving to KWS in January 2024 to become their maize National Sales Manager. Tom has grown a loyal following on TikTok and instagram under the username agrispec_tom to share advice and knowledge to support farmers and promote British agriculture to the public.
