Garford hoes have been specially designed to cope with extreme speeds, most hoes feature the unique Garford Pressure Down system, special pressure rams keep the soil engaging components in work to improve penetration in hard conditions whilst also adding balanced downward pressure through every wheel unit on the hoe, this prevents bounce and chatter when working at high speed.

Becoming an increasingly popular requirement for customers is the Garford Tine Raiser, designed for section control in fields with tight headlands or varied shaped fields to prevent hoeing overlap, this is operated manually or in conjunction with the tractors Isobus system.
