Seminar programme and Knowledge Hubs return in Digital CropTec Show
Industry experts will cover three key areas via a virtual programme over the 24th, 25thand 26thNovember, offering specialist insight into the latest developments across policy, crop nutrition and crop protection.
With changes to farm support and climate policy underway, the policy session will ask: is the arable sector ready for what is on the horizon?
The programme will see Yara return to sponsor this years crop nutrition programme; from crop nutrient analysis to improving the carbon footprint of wheat growth, the session will take a look at how productivity and fertiliser efficiency remain the key to profitable farming.
An exclusive insight into Yaras latest efforts to produce carbon-free fertiliser will also be explored, as growers continue on their journey to net zero.
In an evolving era of crop protection, industry leaders will take a practical look at how farmers can adapt their toolkit to improve productivity and enhance protection within the environmental sphere.

This will be complimented by the specialist Knowledge Hubs sponsored by Horsch, YEN and UPL, which will deliver a diverse range of topics, from the latest in sustainable soil health practices to the use of bio control products to reduce chemical inputs on farm.
2020 CropTec Hubs
- Biocontrol Hub sponsored by UPL
Consumers and the environment both demand cleaner and more sustainable farming practices with lower chemical inputs, whilst still needing high output and quality. One way to help work towards this goal is by using bio control products to replace or reduce chemical inputs. UPLs mission is to change the game to make every single food product more sustainable. Our new bio-fungicides launching at Crop Tec 2020 are another innovation to work towards a sustainable future.

If you want to improve your yields but youre not sure what to do differently, the Yield Enhancement Network or YEN could be for you.
The YEN is an independent network that connects agricultural organisations, farmers, with scientists who are striving to improve crop yields.
Visit the YEN hub at CropTec 2020 and discover how you can benefit from becoming a YEN member, hear about their crop networks, including their new network, YEN Net Zero, hear from last years YEN Competition winners, and find out who wins this year!
